Bill was appointed by Mayor Bart Peterson in 2004 and is serving his second term as Trustee of The Indianapolis Foundation. Bill serves on the CICF Strategic Plan Task Force and is the board liaison to the CICF Family Success Initiative. Bill graduated from Purdue University (B.S.) and Georgetown University (J.D.) He and his wife Ann have three grown children and one grandchild, enjoy traveling, and are passionate about ending homelessness.
