CICF offers career opportunities at various times in the areas of development, donor services, grants, administration, finance and information technology. CICF is also engaged in numerous partnerships that occasionally create employment options.

CICF does not currently have open positions.

CICF employees work with a large cross section of individuals representative of the community. Employees are encouraged to be self-directed, motivated, and creative. The foundation environment is very fluid as the organization is designed to respond to current and emerging community needs. CICF employees work in one of three foundation offices including downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, and Carmel.
