Recognizing Our Future Donors
CICF is grateful for the generosity and thoughtfulness of all of its donors. But there is an extra-special group of donors that have committed a gift in the future to a fund at CICF (theirs or any other at the Foundation). We recognize these caring donors with membership in the Heritage Circle Society.
We invite those who include any CICF fund (their own or any other) in a provision in their will or as a beneficiary of a retirement plan or insurance policy to join the Heritage Circle Society. We also invite those who have established a planned giving vehicle such as a charitable gift annuity, charitable remainder trust, or charitable lead trust that includes any CICF fund as a designated recipient.
These gifts are typically entrusted to CICF at the end of a donor’s life, affording us little or no opportunity for giving the recognition and appreciation such a meaningful act deserves. We created the Heritage Circle Society as means of recognizing those generous individuals who have planned to make a substantial gift at the end of their lifetimes to benefit those who will come after them.

Assuring you that your gifts will not go unrecognized during your lifetime and offering your wonderful example for others to follow (you can also inform us of your intentions, but choose to remain anonymous).
- Exclusive community and charitable events held in your honor
- Special access to CICF staff for charitable advising and estate and gift planning for you and your financial and legal advisors.
Many donors have already made provisions and are members of the Society. Many more have not informed us of their generosity and we would like the opportunity to thank our donors during their lifetime. If you have made such a provision, please consider becoming a Heritage Circle Society member and contact us.
