Lacy Leadership Association

The Lacy Leadership Association (LLA) is a leadership association for those who have completed Opportunity Indianapolis, Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) and/or the Stanley K. Lacy Executive Leadership Series (SKL).

The association exists to enhance community leadership by continuing the cultivation of leadership skills of hundreds of men and women. We keep our members connected with each other, provide them the opportunity to network on issues of interest and provide a forum for additional educational opportunities.

Its mission is to develop, engage and mobilize current and future leaders to encourage philanthropic involvement that helps our community thrive.

Its vision: The Lacy Leadership Association will be, indisputably, the premier leadership network driving high-level engagement that makes Indianapolis the best city in the nation.

Today, LLA enjoys a unique partnership with CICF, which allows both organizations to better serve their constituencies. The joint venture enhances civic education and philanthropic activities of LLA members and enhances CICF’s ability to promote civic and philanthropic leadership – all for the benefit of central Indiana.
