Ann M. O'Hara

Ann M. O'Hara is partner with the firm Church, Church, Hittle & Antrim. Ms O'Hara concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, probate administration, and municipal law. Prior to private practice, Ms. O'Hara was an Inheritance Tax Analyst for the Inheritance Tax Division of the Indiana Department of Revenue and Director/Counsel of the Corporations Division of the Indiana Secretary of State. Ms. O'Hara also served as an adjunct professor in Individual Federal Taxation at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, and a lecturer for the Federal Estate and Gift Tax Section for the Indianapolis Bar Association's Bar Review Course. Ms. O'Hara is a graduate of Saint Joseph's College (B.S. 1985) and Indiana University School of Law – Indianapolis. (J.D. 1989)
Ms O'Hara is a member of the Fishers Rotary Club and active in the Fishers Chamber of Commerce. Ms. O’Hara is also serves on the Board of Directors of the HSE Foundation and t Legacy Fund.
