Ryan Brady, Senior Donor Services Advisor, CICF

Ryan is Senior Donor Services Advisor for Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF).  Ryan works closely with donors and their families by helping them identify philanthropic goals, providing information on the community and trends in charitable giving so they can make informed decisions, and engaging them in inspiring philanthropy. 

In addition to his work with donors and not-for-profit organizations, Ryan is an active member of the Indianapolis community.  Current volunteer activities include serving on the boards for Riley Area Development Corporation and the Salvation Army Social Service Center, volunteering as a Big Brother for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, and working on international service projects with the Butler YMCA.

Prior to joining CICF staff, Ryan worked in the private, government, and not-for-profit sections.  For six years, Ryan served with the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis where he helped create youth enrichment programs that focused on preparing urban youth for college.  Most recently, he served as the Executive Director of the YMCA at the Athenaeum.  Previous professional experiences include volunteering as an AmeriCorps member and working as a business consultant with Crowe Chizek.

Outside of work, Ryan focuses on balancing his mind, body, and spirit.  Activities include running marathons, enjoying Indiana’s beauty via a bicycle, working with others on leadership and community development projects, and exploring faith.
