If you are a Lilly Endowment Community Scholar:
If you are currently the recipient of a Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship for Hamilton or Marion County, you are required to submit a year-end report as well as a book stipend report upon completing the spring semester of each academic year.  Failure to complete and submit reports in a timely, accurate fashion is a violation of your scholarship agreement and will delay future scholarship and book stipend payments.  Clicking on the links in this paragraph will allow you to email these reports to yourself or others or download copies.

If you are a Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship graduate or alumnus:
If you were a recipient of the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship who has now graduated from college, please fill out the Lilly Graduate/Alumni Survey.  Remember, Lilly Endowment requires that you continue to submit reports for ten years after you have graduated from college.  Doing so provides Lilly Endowment with valuable data about the effectiveness of the scholarship program, which is statewide and serves all 92 Indiana counties.  Download a copy of the report from this Web site or to email the report to yourself or others.   Also, please keep the Foundation informed if your contact information changes!
