Make a grant suggestion
If you currently have a donor-advised fund and would like to make a grant suggestion from it, please print and complete a copy of our Grant Suggestion Form. To receive a form by mail or fax, contact Teri Mallory, Development Associate, 317.634.2423 Ext 507 or terim@cicf.org.

Make a gift to an existing fund
View CICF's most current fund list. If you would like to support any of these funds, complete a contribution form and write in the fund name(s) under “Designate my gift to a specific fund (provide name).”
