About Dieudonne Foundation

Dieudonne Foundation is an Indianapolis-based 501(c)(3) public charity that helps pregnant and postpartum families receive culturally responsive maternal and infant health support. Our day-to-day work combines community doula intake and matching, doula workforce preparation, postpartum navigation, referrals, family education, and practical resource connections across Indianapolis and Central Indiana. Through EQuiMama, we prepare community-rooted doulas for prenatal, labor, and postpartum support. Through DieudonneMatch, we help families connect with doulas while giving participating doulas an organized hub for continued learning and service coordination. Through Partner Hub, we equip fathers and other support people with clinically grounded guidance, interactive training, and intelligent coaching across prenatal care, labor, and postpartum recovery.

Our current DieudonneMatch records show 77 active doulas supporting a network that includes 166 clients and 498 documented client visits. These organization-wide figures reflect the scale of our current service coordination and are not attributed to one grant or donor.

We are seeking general operating support to keep the systems behind family service reliable while reducing our dependence on time-limited grants. Flexible contributions can support timely intake and matching, program coordination, doula scholarships and workforce preparation, continuing education, referral follow-through, financial controls, data quality, and aggregate outcome reporting. General support also helps us respond to documented family and workforce needs that fall outside narrowly restricted awards. In 2025, contributions and grants supplied 98% of our revenue, so a broader private funding base is important to maintaining service continuity and supporting responsible growth.

Our current Ayiti in the Heartland 2026 campaign offers another way to invest in this work. Our November 1 cultural celebration at Indiana Landmarks Center brings the community together around Haitian culture while raising support for Dieudonne Foundation programs. Net ticket proceeds support doula-training scholarships, and sponsorships help us advance EQuiMama Doula Training and our broader maternal-health and community programs. Our campaign goal is $50,000.
