About Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation

Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation (HSEF) was established in 2001 with a vision to support every student, every grade, and every school within the Hamilton Southeastern (HSE) School District. Serving over 21,000 students across 22 schools, HSEF is committed to bringing innovative ideas and the next best practices in education into classrooms throughout the district. The mission of Hamilton Southeastern Education Foundation is to enhance educational opportunities, inspire excellence and engage the community to foster a legacy of achievement.

At the heart of our work is a dedication to empowering teachers and students through meaningful investments that enhance learning and promote long-term success. Our grant programs support forward-thinking, student- and teacher-led initiatives that go beyond traditional instruction, helping to create engaging, real-world learning opportunities.

To continue advancing this mission, HSEF relies on the generous support of individuals, families, businesses, and community partners. Contributions allow us to fund innovative classroom projects, support district-wide programs focused on mental health, expanding student access to work-based learning experiences, and providing scholarships that open doors to higher education for graduating seniors. In addition, donor support helps us address critical needs such as food insecurity, ensuring that students have the resources necessary to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Every donation plays a vital role in helping us deliver on our promise to support every learner in the district. When you choose to support HSEF, you are investing in the future of public education and making a lasting impact on the lives of students and educators alike.
