Indiana Land Protection Alliance

Indiana Land Protection Alliance (ILPA) is a vibrant, nonpartisan network of land trusts, conservation partners, and community members. Our alliance champions land and water protection for all of Indiana by uniting, empowering, and elevating Indiana’s land conservation community. We are guided by our vision to inspire and advance the creation of healthy, vibrant, and sustainable communities that are deeply connected to the natural world.

CICF partner support helps ILPA bring people together, uniting land trust staff, board members, volunteers, and local communities, to protect Indiana’s lands, waters, and working landscapes for all Hoosiers and future generations. With your support, we will advance our ambitious five-year strategic plan, which focuses on strengthening the organizational and financial capacity of Indiana land trusts, advocating for statewide commitment to preserving our natural resources, fostering landscape-scale collaborations, and expanding ILPA’s capacity to serve nonprofit land trusts across the state.

Our work ensures that Indiana’s nonprofit land trusts have the tools, guidance, and partnerships they need to make informed conservation decisions, implement collaborative projects, and safeguard Indiana’s natural heritage. Through ILPA, communities across the state gain access to clean water, healthy lands, and important opportunities to experience and care for the outdoors.
