Judah Ministries
We believe that every family deserves their basic needs of nutrition, security, and stability be met to have a better quality of life. Judah Ministries concentrates on bringing the “village” approach to our families by providing them with knowledge and resources such as fiscal responsibility, healthy habits, continuing educational opportunities, and complete need-based services.

About Judah Ministries
Judah Ministries was founded in 2002 by Alisia Jackson, who retained the organization’s 501 (c) (3) status, which was incorporated in 2003. The organization was re-envisioned to meet urgent community needs by providing children access to education, families access to basic necessities, and neighborhoods a trusted source of support.
Today, Judah Ministries serves families across Speedway and the Northwest side of Indianapolis through four core programmatic areas: Early Learning and Youth Development, College and Career Readiness, Crime Prevention, and Community Outreach. Programs are designed to remove barriers to stability by addressing food insecurity, educational access, workforce readiness, and second-chance opportunities. The organization currently operates from three buildings, with an additional facility in the planning phase to support continued growth.
Judah Ministries’ mission is rooted in a “village” approach, ensuring families have access to nutrition, security, stability, and the tools needed for long-term success. Guided by values of community, respect, excellence, accountability, and integrity, the organization partners with schools, employers, financial institutions, and community leaders to deliver holistic, high-impact services.
Funding support is needed to sustain operations and expand access across all programs. Funds will be used to support staffing, facilities, program supplies, and scholarships for early childhood education, workforce certifications (CDA and CDL), financial literacy programming, and basic-needs assistance. Additional funding will also help offset rising operational costs while ensuring services remain accessible to low- and moderate-income families.
With continued investment, Judah Ministries will strengthen its role as a community anchor, helping children thrive, families stabilize, and neighborhoods build pathways to lasting opportunity.
