Change your career
and change the world
CICF offers a unique opportunity to work at a place where “making a difference” isn’t just something we say—it’s something we do, every day.
CICF employs people in the areas of development, donor services, grants, administration, finance, and information technology. We are also engaged in numerous partnerships that occasionally create employment options.
CICF Career Culture
CICF employees are encouraged to be self-directed, motivated, and creative. The work environment is fluid, as the organization is designed to respond to current and emerging community needs.
CICF employees work in one of three foundation offices in downtown Indianapolis, Broad Ripple, and Carmel. It is our policy to seek and retain employees of the highest possible quality, and new employees are hired based on ability, education, experience, personal integrity, potential ability, and other standards as required.
It is our policy to inform each employee of our policies and rules. All employees receive fair and considerate treatment. No applicant or employee will be discriminated against because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, sexual orientation, disability, or status as a Vietnam era or special disabled veteran.
