At the Fathers and Families Center (FFC)we believe that strong, involved fathers are essential to the well-being of children, and by supporting dads, we create stronger families and brighter futures. Through our programs, resources, and community initiatives, we are committed to helping fathers develop the skills, confidence, and connections they need to be present and engaged in their children’s lives. Together, we can build a foundation for healthier families helping fathers become better People, Parents, Partners and Providers.

Fathers & Families Center empowers fathers to become engaged parents and providers through free programs focused on education, employment, and family stability. Funding is needed to help participants overcome barriers that often prevent them from completing these life-changing programs. Support can help cover the cost of bus passes, gas cards, emergency housing, work attire, and modest stipends that allow fathers to fully participate in job training and education. FFC offers High School Equivalency preparation, job readiness training, and certifications in fields like construction, and material handling —pathways that lead to family-sustaining employment. Many participants also benefit from legal assistance, mental health referrals, and re-entry services for those returning from incarceration. As we expand to serve couples and entire families, additional funding supports wellness initiatives focused on mental, emotional, and physical health. Private donations remain essential to sustain and grow these services. Your support helps remove real obstacles and opens the door to lasting opportunity—for fathers, their families, and the broader Indianapolis community.
