NeuroHope

NeuroHope is a nonprofit neuro rehabilitation and wellness center dedicated to improving the lives of individuals recovering from stroke, spinal cord injury, brain injury, and other neurological conditions.  After spinal cord injury, brain injury, or stroke, people face a reality they never dreamed would happen.  A long physical and mental rehabilitative journey begins.  Discharge from insurance covered care happens fast, but the need for help continues long term.  NeuroHope provides an affordable next step for patients after hospital discharge. Our hybrid program features specialized physical, occupational, and speech therapy as well as guided exercise / personal training, and monthly gym memberships in a wheelchair accessible fitness center so clients can maximize recovery and maintain a healthy long-term quality of life.  Donations directly fund patient care by offsetting the cost of each treatment session.
