The Milk Bank

The Milk Bank is on a mission to unite communities in urgently reducing infant mortality, giving every baby the best chance to survive and thrive through access to safe, donor human milk.  Since 2005, The Milk Bank delivers hope and supplies lifesaving nutrition to thousands of medically fragile infants both in hospital settings and at home.  The Milk Bank strengthens the long-term health of medically fragile babies, fosters lifelong wellness, and helps reduce healthcare costs—ensuring more children celebrate a first birthday.

Funding is critical right now. Operational gifts help us meet an unprecedented 21.6% surge in demand, as every $5 processed ounce of milk provides up to three life-saving feeds. Donations also help to sustain comprehensive care including bereavement services, maternal mortality supports, and the Medical Relief Fund.  These programs offer some relief to families facing unimaginable crisis.
