Description

This scholarship honors the life of Viola Pfaff Bowman, who graduated from Noblesville High School. While in high school, she was involved with the school newspaper and yearbook production. After graduating in 1932, she married, had two children and became a homemaker.

Resident Criteria
  • Open to students at any public high school in Hamilton County, with a preference for Hamilton Heights, Noblesville, Sheridan and Westfield High School students.
Degree Criteria
  • Any college or university
Additional Criteria
  • Applicants must plan to pursue a degree in communications or business and demonstrate dedication, hard work and financial need.
  • Preference is given to students who have participated in some sort of media program while in high school.
