Central Indiana Community Foundation 2026 Board of Directors Announced
Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) is pleased to announce the appointment of new board members and transitions in board leadership. All changes are effective immediately.
Joining the board of directors this year are:
- Kiamesha-Sylvia Colom, Partner at Taft
- Ben Grande, Director of Philanthropy at Glick Philanthropies
- Greg Hahn, Partner at Bose McKinney & Evans LLP
- Roger Lee, Director of Business Development at RedlineDCS
- Stephen H. Simon, Founder of Simon Equity Partners, LLC
CICF will be led by:
- Chair Jasmin French, Senior Director – Global Right Environment of Cummins Inc.
- Vice Chair To be Appointed
- Treasurer Marya Rose, Cummins (Retired)
- Secretary Una Osili, Associate Dean for Research and International Programs at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy
The Vice Chair will be appointed by the Board in the coming months in accordance with CICF’s governance process.
CICF thanks the following individuals for their service to the board, as their terms have concluded:

- Lisa B. Allen, Independent Not-for-Profit Consultant
