Crosser Family Foundation Awards over $479,000 in Grants to Nonprofits Supporting Hamilton County

The Crosser Family Foundation, a fund of the Hamilton County Community Foundation, has announced $479,376 in grants awarded to 18 nonprofit organizations. In collaboration with the staff at Hamilton County Community Foundation, the advisors of the Crosser Family Foundation support organizations focused on the communities of Hamilton County. 

“Our family is committed to investing in organizations that work tirelessly to strengthen Hamilton County,” said Craig Crosser. “Each of these nonprofits brings unique expertise and passion for the important issues facing our community. We are grateful for the opportunity to support their efforts and advance this vital work.”

Some of the organizations receiving support include:  

• BeeFree: BeeFree Bakes Org is creating pathways to employment for adults with autism and disabilities through a hands-on, 10-week workforce training program. With support from the Crosser Foundation, the organization will expand its reach and connect more graduates with inclusive employers in the community.
• Fueled for School: Grant funding will support the lease of Fueled for School’s warehouse, the central hub for storing food, packing meals, and coordinating deliveries to children in need. This investment ensures stable operations and allows more resources to go directly toward providing nutritious meals that fuel learning and success.
• Noblesville Schools Education Foundation: This grant will support strengthening programs that advance student success and educator well-being across Noblesville Schools. Funding will sustain mental health supports, educator mentorship, and academic tutoring, expanding equitable access to critical resources for more than 10,500 students and 1,800 staff.
• Noblesville Youth Assistance: The Noblesville Youth Assistance Program will use grant support to sustain its tutoring program for Noblesville students, providing academic support for middle school youth and early intervention for elementary students. The program focuses on helping second and third graders achieve state-mandated reading proficiency benchmarks required for promotion to the next grade, setting students up for long-term academic success.
