2025 Board of Directors Announced

Central Indiana Community Foundation, Hamilton County Community Foundation, the Indianapolis Foundation, and Women’s Fund of Central Indiana are pleased to announce the appointment of new board members and transitions in board leadership. Allchanges are effective immediately.  

Central Indiana Community Foundation 

Joining the board of directors this year are Seth Morales, CEO of Morales Group, Inc.; Marya Rose, Retired Chief Administrative Officer of Cummins; and Martha O’Connor, retired from Eskenazi Health. 

CICF will be led by Chair Jasmin French, Senior Director – Global Right Environment of Cummins Inc.; Vice Chair Andrea Fonseca, Vice President, Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank; Treasurer Kathy Davis, owner of Davis Design Group, LLC; and Secretary Una Osili, Associate Dean for Research and International Programs at Indiana University Lilly Family School of Philanthropy. 

Rolling off their terms are Marianne Glick, Eugene & Marilyn Glick Family Foundation; and Molly Chavers, owner of Blue Mercury Consulting, LLC.

Hamilton County Community Foundation 

Hamilton County Community Foundation welcomes new board members Kashif Khan, President of Infrastructure Engineering, Inc.; Jay Merrell, Vice President of IDI Composites International, Inc.; Danette Howard, Global Education Director- Corporate Responsibility at Cummins; and Barney Quinn, retired Executive Vice President of Simon Property Group. 

This year’s executive committee members are Chair Eddie Rivers, Founder of Esource Resources; Vice Chair Kristy Murphy, Community Volunteer; Treasurer Gina M. Giacone, Partner at Ice Miller; and Secretary Corby Thompson, President of Boomerang Development, LLC. 

Hamilton County Community Foundation thanks Dana Pittard, Vice President, Defense Programs at Allison Transmission, who’s service to the board has concluded.

The Indianapolis Foundation 

The Indianapolis Foundation is pleased to welcome Martha O’Connor, retired from Eskenazi Health, to the board of directors. 

The board will be led by Chair Kathy Davis, Owner of Davis Design Group LLC; and Vice Chair Kameelah Shaheed-Diallo, Partner at The City Fund. 

Molly Chavers, owner of Blue Mercury Consulting, LLC is rolling off her term.

Women’s Fund of Central Indiana 

Joining the Women’s Fund advisory board are Christina Cheeks, Performance Improvement Consultant at Eskanazi Health; and Lorna Nicol, Vice President J.P. Morgan Private Bank. 

The advisory board is led by Chair Dr. Nichole Wilson, Vice President of Community Health Operations IU Health; and Vice Chair Karin Veatch, Senior Wealth Strategy Associate at UBS. 

Women’s Fund thanks the following individuals for their service to the advisory board, as their terms have concluded: Jane Beaman, Vice President, Global Onhighway and Pickup Business at Cummins; Patsy Mellott, Community Volunteer; Lily Pai, Architect at Lily Pai Designs; Kristin Seward, Vice President, Senior Institutional Investment Advisor at PNC; and Rick White, Vice President, Global Sales at Johnson Controls.
