CICF Expands Nonprofit Support with New Director of Nonprofit Services & Sustainability

Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) has named Diana Coyle as its new Director of Nonprofit Services & Sustainability, a role designed to strengthen and elevate the nonprofit ecosystem in Central Indiana. As Director of Nonprofit Services & Sustainability, Coyle will lead efforts to help nonprofits build financial stability, operate more effectively, collaborate more efficiently, and navigate long-term challenges.

This newly created position is an investment in the ‘Supporting and Elevating the Nonprofit Ecosystem’ pathway of CICF’s newly released strategic plan. CICF’s vision is for Central Indiana to be the most connected, philanthropic, and impactful region in the nation, and the addition of this role is a critical step toward achieving that goal.

Coyle has built her career helping people discover the resources and relationships that allow them to thrive and contribute more fully to the places where they live and work. For more than 15 years, she has carried this passion through roles in higher education, association leadership, and civic engagement. Most recently, Diana served as Executive Director of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy.

CICF enhances the capacity and resilience of nonprofits in Central Indiana by providing resources and advocating for sector-wide sustainability. Each year, CICF convenes a planned giving cohort, and in October will launch a new professional development cohort for new nonprofit executives .

CICF also supports nonprofit organizations who house their endowments at entities within the CICF Collaborative. By investing with us, nonprofits gain direct access to a team of sustainability professionals and fund management experts. Whether it’s guidance on planned giving or complex gift administration, nonprofit operations or professional development, or help making meaningful connections across the community, CICF provides long-term partnership to help missions thrive and endowments grow .

Nonprofit leaders will have the opportunity to meet Coyle and engage with CICF’s expanded nonprofit services during the upcoming Office Hours: Peer Learning Conversations, scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 9, from 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. ET. These free, virtual sessions will allow participants to join small group conversations on three nonprofit leadership topics. This series builds on CICF’s earlier office hours with nonprofits, evolving into a group learning model designed to foster collaboration and peer exchange.

Nonprofits are also invited to email Diana directly to introduce themselves, collaborate, or request resources.
