•  Receive helpful tips for formulating a plan that fulfills your organization’s vision and mission
• Identify ways to improve board engagement by developing and executing your strategic plan in a manner that best supports the staff

ABOUT MOSAIC FELLOWSHIP

The Mosaic Fellowship is a partnership with The Indianapolis Foundation, a part of the larger Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) philanthropic collaborative, and Leadership Indianapolis, launched in 2021 to increase diversity on boards so that boards not only look differently, but so they work differently. By providing support to both individuals and organizations, Mosaic aims to shift power, elevate new voices and grow the perspectives included on not-for-profit boards throughout our community.
