ABOUT MOSAIC FELLOWSHIP

The Mosaic Fellowship is a partnership with The Indianapolis Foundation, an affiliate of Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF); Leadership Indianapolis; and Women’s Fund of Central Indiana, a special interest fund of CICF, launched in 2021 to increase diversity on boards so that boards not just look different, but so they work differently. By providing support to both individuals and organizations, Mosaic aims to shift power, elevate new voices and grow the perspectives included on not-for-profit boards throughout our community.
