Mosaic Fellowship Organization Application

The Mosaic Fellowship was established in partnership with The Indianapolis Foundation and Leadership Indianapolis to increase diversity on boards not just so that boards look differently, but so that they truly include and embrace different perspectives and experiences.

If you have received an invitation and would like to be considered for participation in the Mosaic Fellowship program, please provide information about your organization and its commitment to diversity. We strongly recommend that this application be completed by a member of your organization’s senior leadership, preferably the person who can commit to attending twice-yearly equity development offerings.
