  • Vision to action | How do you know you’re doing well? Do you have the information you need to track your organization’s effectiveness and efficiency in meeting your mission?  Do you have the tools you need to measure your impact? Can you use that information to focus your efforts where it can have the greatest effect?  In this workshop, you’ll learn how to use, obtain, and leverage data as an impactful management tool in steering your organization and how to create dashboards that help you do it.

ABOUT THE SOCIAL INNOVATION SERIES

Downward trends in funding have increased the need for demand and sustainable income. Alongside CauseImpact, LLC, we wish to provide a not-for-profit series for our members to develop stable organizational foundations and learn how to create additional streams of revenue that will provide them the support to better fulfill their missions. By attending these programs (lunch-and-learns, workshops and bootcamps), we hope our organizations can better understand the fundamentals of social enterprise and investments.
