A new and improved CICF Connect coming soon

We’ve heard your feedback about the challenges you have had in working with CICF Connect, and we’re excited to share that a re-imagined and redesigned version will launch this summer!

The new version of CICF Connect makes interacting with your fund statements much easier. You will no longer need to wait for CICF to mail a fund statement or contact your philanthropic advisor for updates. With the new CICF Connect, all current and past fund statements will be available electronically, so you can readily access your current fund balance and spendable, gifts into your fund and grants awarded from your fund—including any pending and future grant payments. You will also be able to filter this information based on a custom timeframe, by an area of interest, or by geographic region. If you have multiple funds, this information will be available both separately and cumulatively.

We’ve also made the process to electronically request grants easier. The request page asks for similar information, but we’ve streamlined the questions to make it faster and clearer for you. If you have any questions or concerns while requesting grants, you can contact your philanthropic advisor directly from that page.

And the most exciting news of all?

In addition to being able to easily request grants online, you’ll now also have access to information about needs in the community, curated by our community investment staff based on your personal grant-making areas of interest. And, if you are drawn to any specific needs in the community or projects, you can ask your philanthropic advisor for more information or fund it directly from that page.

Please don’t hesitate to contact your philanthropic advisor with any questions or concerns. Once the new CICF Connect launches this summer, we’ll provide step-by-step instructions on how to use new features. Stay tuned for upcoming communications about the new CICF Connect, including a mailed letter confirming your personal grant-making areas of interest.
