What does “Whiteness” mean to you?

If you identify as White—
  • Practice calling yourself White in conversations or even to yourself.
  • Notice how you feel in your body to be reminded of your racial identity. Tune in to any bodily sensations you are having. Ask yourself curious questions about why you may be feeling these things.
  • Discuss these thoughts and feelings with another White person and introduce them to the MVMT10K!
